Decision to Exclude Admission From the Regulatory Authority

Nagpur, July 5: Government has decided to exclude admission process for admission to the professional diploma courses for the 10th pass from the level of the regulatory authority. This information was given by Higher and Technical Education Minister Vinod Tawde today in the Legislative Assembly.

While giving information through the statement,  Shree Tawde said, due to the lack of accessibility for backward classes  10th passed students to get caste valadity certificate, they had difficulty in getting admission for the professional diploma course under the Directorate of Technical Education. Therefore, considering the educational interests of these students, the Government has decided to exclude admission procedure  under the Directorate of Technical Education, from the Regulatory Authority established by the Maharashtra Non-Graduate Professional Organization (regulation of admission and fees) Act 2015.

Accordingly, notification is being issued on  5th of July. The admission process for this diploma course will be implemented by the Directorate of Technical Education as  before, as well as getting Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulka  Shishyavratti Yojana and Dr. Punjabrao Deshmukh Hostel Maintenance  Allowance will continue. Separate order for the same is being issued , ShreeTawde said at this time
